Reservations:
50% of the room rate is due at time of reservation to hold your room. The balance is due at Check-in
by cash, check or Travelers Check.
Cancellations:
All cancellations made prior to two weeks of reservation will be refunded in full. With exception of two
rooms reserved for two days or longer. If reservation was for 2 rooms or was cancelled under 2
weeks of stay half of the deposit will be refunded and remainder kept for re-booking fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit the deposit in full, with no refund.
Check-in and Checkout:
Check-in is between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. If you will be arriving later than this please let us know so
special arrangements can be made. Checkout is by 11:00 am.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is served in the dining room at 9:00 am each morning. Coffee and Tea are available at
8:00 am. Special arrangements for breakfast in your room are available upon request.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the Colonnade. Guests are invited to enjoy a smoke on the front
veranda and grounds.
Pets:
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
Children:
We regret that we cannot accommodate children under 12.
